Our Young Potential Program provides structured and intensive training for young graduates with relevant backgrounds, focusing on developing specific competencies essential for success in your future career. Over a 12-month period, you will rotate through various departments within the organization (Site Management, Project Management, and Estimating), allowing you to acquire a broad range of knowledge and experience. Over a 12-month period, you will gain experience in three divisions: Site Management, Work Preparation (Project Management), and Estimating. Subsequently, in consultation, the fourth period will be determined. This can either be an in-depth exploration of one of the previously mentioned departments or another department such as Cost Controlling, Purchasing, Contract Management, Finance, etc.<\/p>\n
