These godmothers and godfathers are experienced team members who ensure that newcomers can integrate quickly and smoothly into our organization. They are ready to answer questions, guide the way, and provide a flying start. This allows new colleagues to begin their new role with confidence.

What can you expect?

 

  • A Warm Welcome: You will be personally welcomed by your C-coach and other members of your team.
  • Introduction to the Culture: We organize onboarding days where you get to know our company culture, get a behind-the-scenes look at our production environment and do fun activities together with your new team.
  • Information and Guidance: You will receive all the information you need to find your way around, from practical matters to business processes.
  • Opportunities to Grow: We encourage personal and professional growth and offer opportunities for development and training.

  • Safety Training: Our employees are our most valuable asset, their safety is our top priority. That is why we offer mandatory safety trainings (QHSE) to ensure that everyone can work safely.
  • Technical Training: We support the growth of technical skills, digital expertise and subject matter expertise. Our employees can request specific technical training courses to strengthen their competences.
  • Soft Skills Training: We recognise the importance of human skills in our work. Our soft skills trainings include social and interpersonal skills, such as teamwork, patience, time management and communication, which promote professional development.

Fit@Cordeel

This is why we created Fit@Cordeel, an exciting program that encourages our colleagues to engage in sports together and pursue a healthy and active lifestyle.

Fit@Cordeel is all about coming together, having fun and staying healthy. Our programme offers numerous opportunities for colleagues to take part in sporting activities and enjoy the benefits of regular exercise.
